Polyester Weaving
The jacket of lay flat hose shall be evenly and firmly woven and free from visible defects, thread knots, lumps, and irregularities of twist.
Extruded-through-the-weave
The manufacturing process for extruded-through-the-weave hose uses two polyurethane tubes separated by a reinforcement jacket. The PU tubes are extruded through the weave of the reinforcement jacket, melding all components into a one-piece reinforced TPU lay flat hose.
Working Pressure Test
The working pressure and burst pressure of the lay-flat hose will be tested before packing and shipping to ensure the pressure requirement.
